STOCK HOMES

What are they?
Postgreen stock homes are an answer to anyone who is seeking a modern and green home but can’t find any available on the market that meet their specific criteria for price, design and location. We have “stock” postgreen home plans from local architects specializing in modern and green design. Each stock plan is designed to be easily customized by the homeowner for any vacant infill lot in Philadelphia.
Postgreen has a complete team of partners to walk you through the entire construction process from finding a lot, obtaining financing, customizing your design and handling all aspects of the building process. In short, we take the hard work and expense out of building your own home.
How do I get one?
1. Choose a stock plan from our choices
2. Get pre-approved for a construction loan with postgreen’s help and partner lenders
